As a child, my family moved around a lot. As an adult, I have a hard time remaining stationary. Somewhere along the way, I learned that home is less of a single place and more of a culmination of places and people and the feelings those warrant.
When we travel to a new environment, we are forced to learn, to step out of our comfort zones. Seeing the sights of its ordinary and extraordinary. Hearing the stories of its people. Tasting its food and drinking up its history. Feeling yourself transforming in the process.
I firmly believe in the power of viewing our surroundings with childlike wonder. With eyes to witness places and a lens to zoom in on them, I am grateful for the opportunity to share that wonder.
